No Changing Photo: Once you have selected and uploaded your photo, it cannot be changed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct photo before submitting your order.

Processing Time:
If you opt into our complimentary printing service, please allow 48 – 72business hours for your order to be processed. This processing time may be extended during peak periods.
Quality of Images: Please note that the cropping and quality of your images is done in-house and may vary. We will do our best to ensure that your photo looks beautiful in your locket necklace, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to your original photo.
Colour of Photos: Photos will be printed in colour as supplied. However, please note that due to differences in computer monitors and printers, the colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Printing Quality: Your image will be printed in colour on photo paper.
